#Thrive has lots of different types of support; offering advice to improve general lifestyle, counselling sessions, online courses or access to other types of support such as sport, drama, music or art.
Lots of things can impact mental health & wellbeing and result in anxieties, uncertainties and worries. Sometimes, young people may just need that little bit of extra support.
It is important for children & young people to have a good support network around them, so we will always try to involve those who love and care (or who work with children & young people) in any support we provide. This does not necessarily need to be parents or siblings – it can be any trusted person who provides support and care.
#Thrive is delivered together with Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust and Youth In Mind.
We offer free drop-in sessions every Tuesday and Thursday from 12 noon until 3.30pm.
No appointment is needed and the sessions are based on a first come, first seen basis but children must come with an appropriate adult.
You must live in the Rochdale Borough (Heywood, Middleton, Pennines or Rochdale).
#Thrive sessions will take at our premises at 2 Argyle Parade, Heywood, OL10 3RY.
(Under 8 years: Appointment only so please ring #Thrive to book these).
