Rochdale Football Club Community Trust - Family Colour Dash

Rochdale AFC Community Trust is delighted to announce the launch of its first-ever Colour Dash, a fun-filled, family-friendly event taking place on Saturday 11 April at Denehurst Park.

The Colour Dash promises a vibrant and unforgettable experience, with participants taking on a route around Denehurst Park, complete with colour paint stations and fun obstacles, suitable for all ages and abilities.

Walk or run, on your own or with a group – don’t miss a matchday warm up like no other!

The event will kick off at 1.30pm with an energising warm-up led by Desmond, before starting waves from 2.30pm.

All activities will be wrapped up in plenty of time for participants and supporters to head to the Crown Oil Arena for Rochdale AFC v Wealdstone later that evening.

Thanks to generous funding and sponsorship, the event is free to enter, with every participant receiving:

• A specially commissioned Rochdale AFC Colour Dash medal
• A match ticket for Rochdale AFC v Wealdstone (first 100 participants)

Participants who raise £10 or more in sponsorship will also receive a free official event t-shirt!

All funds raised will go towards the charitable work of Rochdale AFC Community Trust, including running costs of Our Teams, welfare programmes such as the Dale Food Pantry and work across the borough.

Sponsorship opportunities available

Local businesses are also being invited to get involved by sponsoring a Colour Dash paint station.

For just £250, sponsoring organisations can:

• Brand a paint station with their corporate colours
• Have staff or volunteers cover runners in paint
• Support the vital work of Rochdale AFC Community Trust
