The Altus Community Hub offer is a FREE and confidential service for families and individuals in our local communities to access food and other essential items, such as toiletries.

Colourful Minds is a non-profit organisation providing wellbeing and emotional support for parents and carers of families of all ages with SEN and/or disabilities.

We are a network of organisations and individuals who represent the education, youth and arts and culture sectors in the borough of Rochdale. Our aim is to ensure that all children and young people living in Rochdale have access to high quality cultural education.

Early Break is a confidential person centered 1-2-1 support for young people (up to the age of 25 with an EHCP) with a substance related need(s).

The Neurodiversity Hub is a service that supports families and children who are neurodivergent or who have social communication differences. We work together with professionals to problem solve issues that are affecting them. It is based on needs and not a diagnosis.

PARENTS/CARERS - WE NEED YOU! This programme is a multi-phased, co-produced initiative shaped by children and young people across Rochdale Borough, with SEND/SEMH, and their families.

Kooth is a free, safe and anonymous online emotional health support service for young people aged between 10 and 25.
