Parent Carer Voice
Rochdale Parent Carer voice began in 2003, led by a small group of parent carers. The purpose of Rochdale Parent Carer Voice is to assist parents and carers to have their voices heard, whilst also ensuring that services meet the needs of local families.
Welcome to Rochdale Parent Carers Voice.
Our forum joins together parents and carers who look after children and young people with SEND to bring positive change from our lived experiences.
We listen to families to find out what is important to them and determine whether services across Rochdale, Heywood, Pennines and Middleton meet their needs.
We also work in partnership with local authorities, education settings and health providers to highlight where local services, processes and commissioners are working well, or challenge when changes or improvements need to be made.
Our Base is on the Second Floor, Spotland Bridge Mill, Mellor Street, Rochdale OL11 5BU.
