Junior Gym is included in the monthly junior membership. Membership includes: Gym, swimming, gym induction and gym challenges and this is available at a centre of your choice.
Venues: Heywood Sports Village, Middleton Arena and Rochdale Leisure Centre

Please note that before you first session we require an Induction Form to be completed by a parent or guardian
Middleton Arena:
Monday-Friday: 3:30-4:15pm and 4:15-5pm
Sat & Sun 11-12:30pm
Heywood Sports Village:
Monday-Friday: 5-6pm and 6-7pm
Sat & Sun: 10-11am and 11-12pm
