STEM Learning - MARS Day

We’re excited to announce that the countdown is on for Mars Day 26 - a free, live streamed virtual event for schools, families, and space enthusiasts - presented by ESERO-UK at STEM Learning, in collaboration with the European Space Agency (ESA) and the UK Space Agency.

The countdown to Mars Day 2026 is on!

An out-of-this-world programme has been launched for Mars Day 26 with inspiring live sessions, talks and engaging Q&A with space speaker VIPs and Mission Control experts.

For everyone - we have a galaxy-full of starry sessions for you to beam into across the day to enthrall and fascinate with the wonders of Mars, the Moon - and beyond!

For secondary schools - hear from hidden heroes of the UK space industry in the afternoon, discover their STEM career journeys, how they participate in space missions here on Earth, their journeys from studying to becoming a member of a thriving UK space industry, and how you can join them!

Land on sessions across the day - a favourite session or two, take part in Mars Hour activities, or join in for the whole day. Embark on a Mars Day mission with your class or even the whole school.

Check out the full details of Mars Day starry sessions on our website here and plan your own mission for the day.
