UK LGBT+ History Month is celebrated every February across the UK, highlighting the things LGBT+ people have achieved throughout history, in all areas of life.
You can use the following resources to help students develop their thinking about LGBT+ rights, equality and legislation. These resources are suitable for Secondary and Post-16 students.

Suitable for age 11+, the session will explore the role of the House of Lords and allow your students to ask any questions they may have.

Celebrate Women’s History Month with your students in this free online event for ages 14–18.
Join the Lord Bishop of Gloucester and Baroness Boycott, two trailblazing Peers, as they answer your students' questions. Each Peer will share their experiences as a Bishop and a Crossbencher, respectively, showcasing this unique aspect of the House of Lords, and highlighting the work of prominent women in these areas.

During UK Parliament Week, our Outreach Officer for Yorkshire and the Humber visited Craven College to deliver some free workshops about UK Parliament to their Public Services students.
Outreach Officers deliver free workshops and assemblies in every nation and region of the UK.
For Primary, Secondary and Post-16 students, it’s a chance to find out about who represents them, how democratic decision-making works and how they can have their say.
